Shuttle Cancellation Policy
REFUNDS: if your trip is more than 48 hours away, you can cancel your trip and receive an 80% refund. If your trip is more than 24 hours away, you can cancel and receive a 50% refund. To cancel your trip, just send us a message on Whatsapp with your booking reference number and ask to cancel
DATE / TIME CHANGE: if your trip is more than 24 hours away we can change the date on your ticket for free. Simply send us a message on Whatsapp with your booking reference number and the new date and time you would like to travel
If your trip is in less than 24 hours, then unfortunately we can't make any changes as we have already prepared the schedule. If you defintely won't make the bus, we would really appreciate it if you message us to tell us! This will help prevent delays for the other passengers, as the driver will know not to wait for you 🙏
